Our products and information
Coverly sells head coverings and related accessories. We try to keep product descriptions, images, prices, availability, and colors accurate, but displays and materials may vary slightly. We may correct errors, update information, or limit quantities at any time.
Orders and payment
Orders are submitted through Shopify checkout. Submitting an order is a request to purchase; an order is accepted when we or Shopify confirm it. We may cancel or refuse an order where necessary, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, or inaccurate information. Payment, taxes, and checkout processing are handled through Shopify and its payment providers.
Shipping and delivery
We currently sell and ship within the United States. Shipping times vary by location and method selected at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and delays may occur because of carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and reviewing your order confirmation.
Returns, exchanges, and order issues
For sanitary purposes, Coverly does not accept ordinary returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or has another issue, contact us at shop.coverlyllc@gmail.com as soon as possible. We may request your order number, photographs, and other reasonable proof. After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.
Promotions
Promotions are subject to the terms shown with the offer. The current advertised offer is 10% off orders over $100 with code COVERLY10. Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined and may be changed or ended at any time.
Intellectual property
The Coverly name, logo, website design, product photography, written content, graphics, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Coverly, LLC. You may view the website for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, scrape, republish, or commercially use our materials without written permission.
Acceptable use and disclaimers
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or use the site in violation of applicable law. The website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Coverly disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these terms.
